The final scene of the fascinating love story between the legendary Grim Reaper and a beautiful maiden in the time of chaos, written by the brilliant writer Jari Winberg.
Only a small amount of bloodsands left in the hourglass, every story must come to an end, but there will be things that last forever...

I hardly write critiques but once in a while I come across a piece of work that is so breathtaking that I just have to say something about it. This reminds me almost of Hades and Persephone.
Firstly, I love the colour scheme of this painting. Pinkish hues are my favourite. I'm a sucker for that colour. The way her lightness contrasts against his blackness is beautiful, as though both of them form a yin-yang shape in the centre of the painting.
The detail in this is brilliant. The artist has added a softness to her skin that almost makes her look like she is glowing. I have no complaints about the anatomy either, everything seems correctly in proportion. The movement of his robes and her dress adds peaceful movement to the piece. The warm hues against the cool darks please the eye, making it a delightful painting to stare at.
My only critique would be that the shadows may not be perfectly spot on. For example, I would have expected heavier shadows to be cast by her on the cloth draped from his knees, which would require darker values in that area.
However, it isn't a matter serious enough to detract from the overall impact of the image. Seen in thumbnail view, it still registers as a beautiful composition.
When it comes to drawings, few of the pieces around here get my eyes..but when I saw the first page and this picture I really hoped that you will request a critique. In my opinion this is an outstanding piece! I cant even imagine how creative you could be, and how GOOD can you be when it comes to drawings and I must say no, it is not easy to make a beautiful piece and to set the right colors, with the right "ambiance" for the characters themselves. You´ve done a magnificent job on "Death´s" clothes that they look more like fading, more like a specter which is amazing in my opinion! Also the details make me go WOW because through them we can see that you worked really hard to get those results. The blood, the light..the concept! Is all so well thought and it just leaves me speechless about it! Great job!
I found it!!!!!! I saw this image a long time ago and I fell in love with it. I spent so many hours and days trying to find it again. Months after I found it! Anyway, breathtaking work.
You are not weird, and I agree with you. Besides, there's always been something more seductive about those not necessarily on the side of good. And you can't farther than death, seeing as how most people see it as the "ultimate evil," which in my opinion is kind of dumb but, oh well.
